Modeling and implementation of variable remuneration models through systems of profit sharing, as well as through the preparation of other plans for variable remuneration for executives;
Rendering of corporate legal assistance both on the extrajudicial and on judicial areas, especially in collective bargaining agreements and strike conflicts;
Rendering of legal assistance on audit procedures, with assessment of labor routines and presentation of alternatives for the adjustment of the procedures adopted by our clients, aiming at the elimination or reduction of the contingency;
Engagement in administrative and judicial litigation, by representation before the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), Ministry of Labor and other agencies, and by defending the interests of our clients in first instance lawsuits up to higher courts.
